I've been sneezing and blowing my nose since this morning.

I heard that a lot of yellow sand flew from China today.

My mask was useless.

I began to feel out of it in the late afternoon.

I hope it will end soon.

今日は朝からくしゃみばかりで、しょっちゅう鼻をかんでいた。
今日は中国から大量に黄砂が飛んできたらしい。
マスクをしているのに役にたっていない。
夕方ごろには頭がぼーっとしてきた。
はやく終わって欲しいものだ。
